# FIFA REGULATIONS

## COMMITMENT TO FIFA

* We are dedicated to providing innovative solutions that promote fairness, transparency, and sustainable growth within the sports industry, with a strong focus on supporting grassroots football development.
* For this reason, we have implemented a model where football fans can contribute directly to their favorite clubs, helping them strengthen their youth divisions while strictly adhering to the principles and regulations established by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), the global governing body of football.

## SOLIDARITY MECHANISMS

* A cornerstone of our commitment to football development lies in upholding and applying FIFA's Solidarity Mechanisms (SM). These principles reflect the core values of the sport by ensuring financial compensation is awarded to institutions that invest in the training and development of players.
* The Solidarity Mechanisms are governed under FIFA's Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players, specifically within the framework of “Training Compensation,” which covers both solidarity payments and development compensation.

Our investment system is meticulously crafted and executed in full compliance with FIFA's Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players, ensuring:

* **Contractual Stability:** Safeguarding the agreements between professional players and clubs, ensuring legal security and continuity in professional relationships.
* **Youth Development:** Encouraging investment in youth academies and the cultivation of emerging talent, contributing to the expansion of grassroots football.
* **Transparency and Compliance:** Upholding FIFA’s ethical and governance standards, maintaining operational integrity and credibility.
