# HOW IT WORKS & TOKENOMICS
The tiento platform will operate under two main investment categories : formation academy rights and representation rights. The formation rights will pertain to ***Tiento Formation Tokens***, while the representation rights will pertain ***Tiento Representation Token*****s**.
## TIENTO FORMATION TOKENS ( TFT)
* TFTs will be a limited amount of tokens that will represent a designated share of the formation rights of certain players on which Tiento and the player formation academy have a deal with. The investors will win through player transfer payout , or reselling the limited amount of coins in a secondary market depending on player valuations. According to FIFA solidarity right of 2001, payments are divided under the following conditions:
* Withholding 5% of the transfer fee; and
* Dividing that amount proportionally among all clubs the player trained at between the ages of 12 and 23.
## TIENTO REPRESENTATION TOKENS ( TRT)
* TRTs will be a limited amount of token that will represent a designated share of the representation rights that Tiento Sport Management Agency has over their player roster.
* Tiento will sell these tokens when a new player comes into the agency and investors will win if the valuation of the player increases when transferred into another agency or selling the TRTs in the secondary market. Tiento will allocate the TRT funds into a trust wallet to continue building the platform, new investments driven by community decisions, meet and greet events, etc.
* Tokens will be purchasable using decentralized crypto wallets and normal fiat methods. A player can have both TRTs and TFTs inside the Tiento platform. However, TFTs will be more frequent because they are not limited to players that are inside the Tiento Sports Management agency.
