# SHARED PLAYER REPRESENTATION

## TIENTO REPRESENTATION TOKENS (TRT): DIVIDING REPRESENTATION RIGHTS WITH THE COMMUNITY

* Tiento Representation Tokens (TRTs) are a groundbreaking innovation introduced by Tiento Sports Management Agency to revolutionize community involvement in the representation and career management of professional athletes. TRTs will be a limited supply of tokens, each representing a designated share of the representation rights that Tiento holds over its roster of professional players. By leveraging blockchain technology and tokenization, Tiento empowers its community to participate in the growth and success of the athletes it represents.
* This section will explore how Tiento will divide shared representation rights with its community using TRTs, the mechanisms of token issuance, value generation, and reinvestment strategies designed to benefit both the platform and its investors.

## TIENTO SCARCITY MANAGEMENT

* TRTs will be issued when a new player joins the Tiento Sports Management Agency. The supply of TRTs will be limited to ensure scarcity and maintain their intrinsic value. Each TRT issued will represent a fractional share of the representation rights Tiento holds over the player, ensuring direct alignment between token holders and the athlete's career progression.
* When a new player enters the agency, Tiento will mint and sell a limited batch of TRTs to the community through both decentralized crypto wallets and traditional fiat payment methods. This dual payment structure ensures accessibility for both crypto-savvy investors and conventional investors alike, broadening the community's participation in athlete development.

## VALUE GENERATION & INVESTMENT POTENTIAL

The primary mechanism for value generation with TRTs revolves around player performance and career advancements. Investors holding TRTs can benefit in two main ways:

1. **Player Valuation Increase:** If a player under Tiento’s representation experiences a rise in market value due to outstanding performance, endorsements, or transfers, the value of the corresponding TRTs will increase.
2. **Secondary Market Trading:** Token holders have the option to trade their TRTs on secondary markets. The value of the token will fluctuate based on market demand and the player's career trajectory.

This structure creates a win-win scenario where both the agency and the community have vested interests in supporting and promoting the players within the Tiento ecosystem.

## FUND ALLOCATION & TRANSPARENCY

Funds raised from the initial sale of TRTs will be allocated to a secure and transparent trust wallet. The distribution of these funds will be divided strategically to ensure sustainable platform growth, community involvement, and continued player development. Key allocations include:

* **Platform Development:** A portion of the TRT funds will be reinvested in technological enhancements, ensuring a secure and efficient token trading environment.
* **New Player Acquisitions:** Part of the funds will be dedicated to scouting and acquiring promising new talent, expanding the Tiento roster.
* **Community-Driven Investments:** The Tiento community will play a role in decision-making processes regarding future investments in players, events, and partnerships.
* **Meet and Greet Events:** To strengthen community engagement, funds will also support exclusive events where token holders can meet the athletes they are backing.

By maintaining a transparent financial model, Tiento ensures that its community is informed about how funds are allocated and reinvested.

## DUAL TOKEN MODEL : TRTs VS TFT

Within the Tiento platform, two distinct tokens will coexist: Tiento Representation Tokens (TRTs) and Tiento Formation Tokens (TFTs). While both tokens share similarities in their tokenization of player-related assets, they differ in their scope and frequency of issuance:

* **TRTs:** Limited to players directly managed by Tiento Sports Management Agency. TRTs grant partial ownership of the representation rights and are tied specifically to a player's value within the agency.
* **TFTs:** More commonly issued and represent the development rights of players across the broader Tiento ecosystem, not limited to agency players.

This dual-token structure ensures diversity in investment opportunities while maintaining the exclusivity and scarcity of TRTs for premier talents under direct agency management.

## COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE & DECISION MAKING

A core principle of the TRT model is the active involvement of the community in decision-making processes. Token holders will gain the ability to participate in governance decisions related to:

* **Player Development:** Selecting new talents to join the agency.
* **Event Planning:** Deciding on the structure of exclusive fan experiences and meet-and-greet events.
* **Token Release Strategies:** Providing feedback on token supply adjustments for new players.

This decentralized governance ensures the community's voice is heard while keeping the agency’s core values intact.

## INCENTIVES FOR LONG-TERM HOLDING

To encourage long-term participation, Tiento plans to introduce various incentives for TRT holders:

* **Exclusive Access:** Priority invitations to live events and private community channels.
* **Reward Multipliers:** Additional benefits for long-term holders, such as early access to new token offerings.
* **Revenue Sharing:** A portion of the revenue generated from player transfers could be distributed back to TRT holders as dividends.

These mechanisms ensure a loyal and engaged community with a shared interest in the continued success of the athletes represented by Tiento.

## LEGAL & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Tiento is committed to maintaining full compliance with international financial regulations. All transactions involving TRTs will adhere to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. Smart contracts governing TRTs will be audited to ensure transparency, security, and fairness for all participants.

## A NEW ERA IN SPORT MANAGEMENT

The introduction of Tiento Representation Tokens (TRTs) marks a transformative shift in the sports management industry. By dividing representation rights with its community, Tiento not only democratizes investment in athlete careers but also fosters a deeper connection between fans, investors, and players. This innovative tokenized model aligns all stakeholders with the shared goal of empowering athletes and revolutionizing sports management.
