# THE PROBLEM

There are different problems that TIento is trying to solve through its digital platform.

* ## PROBLEM 1 : CENTRALIZATION&#x20;
  * The biggest organization controls the majority of financial decisions and acquisition power. This issue affects fans at different levels&#x20;
* ## SOLUTION 1: DECENTRALIZATION
* Tiento will create a decentralized web/mobile platform that will allow individuals to invest in players future valuations thanks to formation rights and also have representation shares on players owned by **Tiento Sports Management Agency.**&#x20;

  * This Platform will also have a section for an awareness section that will inform about trending/controversial topics in football.
  * This platform will also have a network hub section to build relationships between football fanatics and professionals in the industry.
  * The platform will have periodic meetings and AMAs with the community to decide treasury allocation and possible new player representation.

      * Verified player profiles with blockchain-backed stats.
        * AI-powered analytics for scouting and player evaluation.&#x20;
          * A global talent marketplace connecting players, scouts, and clubs. 4. Blockchain records for tamper-proof career histories.
        * How It Works:&#x20;
          * &#x20;Players upload profiles, performance stats, and videos.&#x20;
          * Scouts browse profiles using filters like position or skill level.&#x20;
          * Smart contracts ensure data integrity and secure transactions.
        * Value Proposition:&#x20;
          * Scouts/Clubs: Reliable data and global talent access.&#x20;
          * Players: Greater visibility and career opportunities.&#x20;
          * &#x20;Platform: Revenue from subscriptions and data licensing.

  * Current football drafting model empowers certain agencies and formation academies to have visibility professionally. This limits the ability of real talent professional development.

* Tiento platform will help expose new talent through digital means and give the opportunity to investors to bet on never-seen young players in very early stages. The platform will give the same opportunity to all subscribers: Both Academies and investors.
